Aviation MRO Supply Chain Benchmark
This is a global survey measuring MRO supply chain service levels, costs to achieve those service levels, and resulting airline departure reliability. In addition, the practice assessment will provide a clearer understanding of the maturity of current supply chain practices and their correlation to supply chain performance. The results will provide unique insights into Supply Chain performance that will inform participants about critical areas for operational improvements. Participants will receive a customized readout that includes a report of your company performance to industry peers, and understanding of process and practice maturity, and recommendations on key operational levers for addressing underperforming areas. Aviation MRO Supply Chain Benchmarking Kickoff document The survey consists of two sections, a qualitative and a quantitative section. It is suggested that you print the sections first and collect your answers to the questions, as there is not a save function for your responses. All answers must be entered in one online session for each section. Word versions of the sections can be downloaded to aid in your data collection efforts.
