The Supply Chain Performance Scorecard service is intended for the seasoned Supply Chain Practitioner, well familiar with the SCOR model and maturity and complexity assessments. Using PMG’s advanced online Supply Chain Benchmarking and reporting system this service is intended for those capable of self-administering their data collection processes as well as inputting the requisite information via the online questionnaires. PMG will provide data validation support to Performance Scorecard clients when they are ready to submit their completed questionnaires.
The Supply Chain Performance
Scorecard will provide you with a quick assessment of your supply chain
performance through a relatively small investment in your time and resources.
You will be able to view your reports and perform customized searches
on our database within 48 hours after your valid data have been submitted
and accepted. The Scorecard will enable you to determine which
supply chain
improvements will yield the most strategic value to your company by finding
the favorable and unfavorable gaps in your supply chain to help reduce

Online questionnaires offer participants the convenience of loading
data directly into our databases. Participants can create custom
benchmarking populations to compare their performance against others in
their industry, across several industries, or within an even more specific
set of parameters by using PMG's "Create a Benchmark" online
functionality. Descriptions
of best practices across all industry segments will help stimulate
"out-of-the-box" thinking about ways to improve your organization’s
relationship with your customers.
