Data Collection Support
In order to ensure you are receiving maximum value from your benchmarking project, PMG will provide proactive support to simplify the task of collecting data. Our qualified specialists will educate your team and share best practices on how you should approach collecting data within your organization.
We will accomplish the following:
- In the first teleconference kickoff meeting, PMG will prep your team on the overall survey by reviewing it in detail and educating you on the metrics definitions. This will help to ensure you are collecting accurate data, which will lead to valuable, actionable results. Additionally, we will work with you to identify key members of your organization that are responsible for holding the appropriate information needed to complete the survey and set up a project plan to complete the process in the most efficient manner possible.
- Approximately two weeks later, PMG and/or PRTM will be onsite to help you assess status and conduct a series of Executive Workshops and Interviews. Through these activities, conducted with your cross-functional team, we will help you through the quantitative, qualitative and complexity portion of the questionnaire, which will provide you with insight into how advanced your supply chain and IT practices are throughout your plan, source, manufacture and deliver processes.
In addition, customer service telephone and email support are always available to assist you throughout your data collection.
