The metrics and frameworks employed by PMG are key performance tools for helping you prioritize and focus your improvement opportunities. The Product Innovation Benchmark draws upon PRTM’s product development thought leadership and the combined benchmarking expertise of PRTM and PMG, developed over the past 10 years. Metrics are based on PRTM’s Product and Cycle-time Excellence model (PACE®)
